We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer who will be able to every aspect of the employment process such as Recruitment and Selection and employee/ Staff Engagement, including Onboarding, orientation and Training new staff membersand Payroll.

Job Responsibilities
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Maintain employee records such as Attendance, Onboarding Forms and monthly meetings held with the staffs and clients according to policy and legal requirements.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Ensuring that New staff are enrolled on Payroll (Salary and Pension)and to assist in performance management processes, support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Analytical updating and filling of staff resord as well documentation.
Requirement and Skills
BSc / BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
2 - 5 years of work experience.
HR Credentials (e.g. PHR, CIPM)
Proven experience as HR officer, Administratororother HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Strong ethics and reliability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to useMS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
