Job Summary:

• Efficiently and proactively oversee all maintenance tasks at the CNG workshop.


• Ensure seamless operation and repair of trucks.


• Strategically optimize spare parts management to enhance production and distribution of company products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Put SAP notification numbers created for trucks/tippers/trailers in process for minor, preventive maintenance and major repairs.


• Create Maintenance orders on all equipment referencing the SAP notification.


• Create Direct reservations for all other consumption.


• Create PR for spares consumption


• Able to work in any location of business unit


• Ensure correct utilization of spares in terms of quantity as per equipment catalogue


• Liaise with workshop on identification of observed faults.


• Meeting company set target and safety drive


• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.


• A keen eye for detail


• An analytical mind and good math skills

Requirements

• B.Eng./HND in any Engineering field


• Minimum of 5 years of cognate work experience in the same field


• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages


• Knowledge of SAP ERP software


• Intermediate knowledge in data analytics


• Ability to pay attention to details and good decision-making skills.


• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meeting company set target


• Ability to maintain adequate records of work performed
