Job Summary:

Our Client is Seeking to hire an experienced waitress to join our club. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and able to deliver exceptional customer service to our members. The waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members and guests as they arrive at the club cafe


• Assist customers in choosing their meals and beverages by answering any questions they may have about the menu


• Take accurate orders from customers and input them into the system


• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner


• Ensure that all orders are delivered to the correct table and that each order is accurate and complete


• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and respond to any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a waitress in a similar environment


• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease


• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization


• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting of tables, tidy-up, etc.


• Ability to stand for long periods of time
