Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Program and Career Fair Associate.


• In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top talent to our organization through our graduate trainee program and participation in various career fairs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote our graduate trainee program to top universities and colleges


• Plan and coordinate on-campus recruitment events, such as information sessions and presentations


• Represent the company at career fairs, engaging with potential candidates and promoting our employer brand


• Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates for the graduate trainee program


• Manage the application process for the graduate trainee program, ensuring a positive candidate experience


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information about available roles and requirements


• Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on the effectiveness of the graduate trainee program and career fair initiatives


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graduate recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong public speaking abilities and confidence in presenting to large groups
