Job Description/Summary


To provide high level support to the Managing Director in all areas of business concerns including strategy planning, implementation, evaluation, technical reports, researching, analyzing, and reporting on all areas of business performance and business risks.


She will liaise with senior management, departmental heads, and regulatory officials on behalf of the Managing Director on selected issues.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide support and assistance to the MD on strategic and technical matters.

  • Provide management oversight for the development of integrated engineering blue-prints and plans.

  • Maintain an up-to-date consolidated management overview of project contracts performance.

  • Prioritize conflicting multiple needs, handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on assignments to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD and follow up on the raised issues/points of action from those meetings until they have been satisfactorily closed out.

  • Develop detailed technical and commercial knowledge of all technical services.

  • Work closely with the MD and other team members to develop proposals for potential projects, contracts, and partnerships.

  • Manage the proposal submission process, including deadlines, revisions, and follow-ups with clients.

  • Work with the PA to the MD to ensure that the MD’s schedule of activities is fully coordinated and aligned to ensure optimal utilization of the MD’s time and resources.

  • Source and develop business opportunities within oil and gas related industry.

  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Implement best practice engineering methods.

  • Support established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies.

  • Find and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency.

  • Any other task assigned to you.
