  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Procurement Officer.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our organization in a costeffective and timely manner.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline the purchasing process

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

  • Evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and cost savings


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field

  • Proven experience working in procurement or purchasing roles

  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques

  • Excellent negotiation skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Computer literate, Proficiency in Microsoft Office
