Location: Ilesha, Osun State


Responsibilities:



  • Act as a middleman between the Company and International Breweries

  • Co-ordinate the drivers’ interview with the fleet supervisors.

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the activities at the Plant.

  • Ensuring the safety of the office and equipment at all times.

  • Collection of receipts for ALL financial transactions, filling requisition forms and sending a weekly update to the accountant.

  • Collect all tickets for all trips and match them to each Truck's file.

  • Maintain an attendance schedule for the staff at the plant and the drivers.

  • Coordinate the activities of fleet members on-site.

  • Maintain and update regularly the company’s asset register.

  • Assist in the collection of employment requirements as directed by the Head HR and Admin.

  • Giving regular reports as may be required by the Management.

  • Ensure an accurate and organized filing system for all documents.

  • Efficient management of the imprest and expenses at the Plant.

  • Management of the Trucks and ensuring all the trucks have the required tools.

  • Any other responsibility that might be assigned to you from time to time.


Education and Years of Experience



  • BSc or HND in Supply Chain or any related course.

  •  Specialization in Fleet Management and Supply Chain is COMPULSORY. Please don’t apply if you don’t have experience in logistics specifically brewery operations.

  • At least 4 years of working experience.

  • Experience in Manufacturing and Accounting is an added advantage.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.

  • Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Displays a high level of integrity.


Candidate MUST leave in Ilesha or be willing to relocate to Ilesha.


Working days: Monday to Saturday


Salary Range: N200,000 – N230,000 Net plus other benefits
