Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Officer located in Ibadan.


• The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of the hotel facility and equipment.


• This will involve monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance procedures, and addressing any issues as they arise.


• Additionally, the Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing inventory and supplies, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred


• Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or similar role


• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems


• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
