This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Officer located in Ibadan.
The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of the hotel facility and equipment.
This will involve monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance procedures, and addressing any issues as they arise.
Additionally, the Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing inventory and supplies, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
