Job Description/Requirements


Responsibilities:



  • Serving as the main point of contact between clients and the company

  • Creating plans and strategies to address client's business needs and goals

  • Scheduling regular meetings and calls with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products or services

  • Acting as a liaison between clients and other departments, such as Marketing & sales or management

  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and performance of the products or services

  • Helping the sales team to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services

  • Monitoring and tracking relevant metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue

  • Educating and training staff on customer service best practices and standards


Requirements:



  • OND in business administration, marketing, or a related field Applicants must have a maximum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND).

  • Appicants with higher qualification more than OND will be rejected outrightly

  • Proven working experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to listen, empathize, and understand customer needs and expectations

  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of the industry and the products or services offered by the company

  • Proficiency in use of computer and phone for communication

  • A customer-oriented and results-driven attitude
