• You will serve as a major driver of our business operations strategy, promoting best practices in psychological intervention to help our clients flourish and achieve optimal wellbeing and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology


• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare or related field


• ⁠Experience with evidence based counselling and coaching techniques


• ⁠Able to conduct psychological assessments (neurocognitive, behavioral, psychopathology and personality)


• Able to lead in an hybrid team of other mental health professionals


• Understanding of the Behavioral Health market and services


• Strong understanding of Employee Assistance


• Program development and implimentation


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


• Experience in Project Management or process improvement an added advantage


• Ability to build and sustain relationships with partners, vendors and contractors.
