Role Description



  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Lagos.

  • The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, developing financial plans and strategies, and managing financial reporting and compliance.


Qualifications



  • 8+ years of working experience

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting

  • Ability to develop financial plans and strategies

  • Experience with preparing and presenting financial reports, including P&L and balance sheets

  • Expert knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

  • Experience in managing financial audits and preparing financial statements

  • Experience in managing finance teams

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is a plus
