- The role of an Administrative/ Executive Assistant is to work alongside with the CEO and become an important part of a fast growing team.
- Support the General Manager and general Operations.
- The successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond to changing workloads and priorities.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Maintain and manage calendars
- Establish communications between customers and executives
- Organize documents and report
- Accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, and movements, both business and personal
- Communicating with teams and assisting with project management
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Administratively support the HR
- Day to day correspondences with colleagues on tasks to be carried out
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Candidates must have 3+ years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
- Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work with all team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
