The company is seeking to hire an operations staff/teller who would be responsible for cash collections and withdrawal payments amongst other duties.
The Ideal candidate for this role must possess exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filling out paperwork/deposit and withdrawal slips
- Balancing numbers at the end of the business day
- Supporting the head of operations
- Registering new accounts and ensuring information is tagged to the right customers.
- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information responsibly.
- Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
- Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- A Degree in Finance or relevant field.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in financial services.
- Cash handling experience.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
