Mission :

• The Consortium Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the implementation and ensuring the representation of the RESILAC project in Nigeria, in liaison with implementing organizations and the regional office, and in consultation with the state partners involved.


• More specifically your will:


• Ensure good governance, animation and coordination of the project implementation unit in Nigeria.


• Support the implementation and ensure reporting of the project.


• Ensure quality and accountability of the project.


• Ensure communication, advocacy, representation and external coordination.


• Ensure human resources management, training and capacity building of the team.

Profile :

• You hold a masters in project management development (a priority), advocacy or humanitarian studies, international relations or political science.


• You have a professional experience of 5 years in coordinating development activities (a priority) or humanitarian activities in a complex environment.


• You have experience in coordinating a development project, supervision of technical teams and management of and in a consortium.


• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French would be an asset.


• You have experience in insecure / relatively isolated setting.


• You have advanced knowledge of donors' guidelines and procedures (AFD/EUD).
