Responsibilities

• Have a basic understanding of the communication knowledge framework, especially FTTH;


• Understand engineering construction specifications, be familiar with installation quality requirements, and have risk identification awareness;


• Have good communication skills, be able to express problems accurately, and track problems until they are closed;


• Have experience in OSP survey and design, and be able to independently support, organize, and implement OSP survey and design work.


• Complete LLD design according to customer requires and standards, and have independent survey and design capabilities;


• Organize and manage subcontractors to carry out external survey and design work;


• Be familiar with and skilled to use planning and design software (Google earth/AutoCad, etc.) for network planning and design

Other Responsibilities:

• Support handle complaints


• Support RF optimization and troubleshooting


• Support output the test report


• DT and QT test

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience.
