The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the HR functions and duties in PH Base.
Management of the day-to-day efficient HR & Admin operation in PH Base.
Recruitment and staffing logistics.
Conduct employee training and orientation, administer benefits program, analyze compensation and other competitive data and prepare budgets.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data and maintaining accurate and complete employee records.
Promoting healthy relationships between staff and management through mediation, handling labour disputes and guiding department managers through employee issues.
Responsible for performance management and improvement systems;
Ensure compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
Responsible for policy development and documentation;
Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
Development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
Performance management and improvement of tracking systems;
Maintaining the HR filing system;
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other relevant information.
Respond to employee inquires in a timely manner.
Follow-up when answers are not immediately available and elevate requests to the appropriate individuals as required.
Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned.
Requirements
B.Sc. or equivalent in related field required
Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. CIPM
4 - 10 years relevant work experience.
Master’s Degree in related area will be an added advantage
