Oversee day-to-day operations of business ventures,
Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability across all ventures.
Coordinate with business owner to ensure alignment with overarching goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor staff members across various departments.
Handle human resources responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding and orientation, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND from a reputable institution
Minimum of 4 years experience in same or similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
