Responsibilities



  • Oversee day-to-day operations of business ventures,

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability across all ventures.

  • Coordinate with business owner to ensure alignment with overarching goals and objectives.

  • Manage and mentor staff members across various departments.

  • Handle human resources responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding and orientation, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND from a reputable institution

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in same or similar position

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

  • Human Resource certification
