This role reports directly to the Human Resource Manager. Preferred candidates will be saddled with the responsibilities of carrying out; Recruitment, developing and looking after employees, managing client’s complaints, training projects, manage phone calls and correspondence, and overall business growth.
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment from client conversation stage to completion
Design content for training with gap assessment knowledge
Support training projects
Involve in consulting meetings, come up with reports, and proposals to clients.
Get involved in HR project initiation, execution and monitoring phases.
Manage client's complaints.

Requirements
HND/BSc in any discipline but a Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution will be an added advantage.
2 to 3 years of experience in HR Projects from a consulting environment.
Good knowledge of the building blocks of HR.
Proven experience working in a office environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to deliver results and leadership ability.
Tech enthusiast.
Intermediate user of MS Excel, Word, and PPT
Ability to use recruitment and consulting tools
User of Google Apps.
Creative with template design
Familiar with project management tools
Good report writing
Emotional intelligence and leadership
Willing to travel for business exigencies and Projects.
