APM Terminals is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to manage and cultivate existing customer relationships while exploring new opportunities for business expansion. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, promoting APM Terminals' products and services, and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales:



  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' businesses, market trends, and industry changes.

  • Identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities by leveraging APM Terminals' offerings.

  • Utilize the APM Terminals Sales process in all interactions with customers.

  • Conduct customer visits, demonstrating the value APM Terminals brings to their business.

  • Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business.

  • Share market insights and competitor information to enhance sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Care department to address customer issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage sales pipeline effectively.

  • Identify opportunities for additional income through land revenues.


People/Leadership:



  • Uphold APM Group culture, values, and reputation.

  • Ensure compliance with APM Group policies, standards, and procedures.


Reporting and Scope:



  • Individual contributor role reporting to the Commercial Manager / Sales Manager.

  • Primarily focused on local/domestic market.
