Our client, a property development company is in need of the above role.

The Head of Customer Service will responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that customers receive a positive experience with the company.  

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field


• 5+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role


• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals


• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement


• Working knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software
