Our client, a property development company is in need of the above role.

The real estate investment manager will be responsible for researching and evaluating investment opportunities in the real estate market. you will analyze market data and trends, identify potential opportunities, and make recommendations to the company  

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in the investment industry


• CFA or other financial certification preferred


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Able to understand complex financial concepts and models


• Able to research and evaluate investment opportunities


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once


• Excellent knowledge of financial markets and investment tools
