The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring that the organization has the right people, policies, and processes in place to meet its goals. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field


• 5+ years of experience in HR management


• CIPM certification is an added  advantage 


• Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and regulations


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals


• High level of integrity and confidentiality


• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
