Key Responsibilities



  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the business

  • Supports CEO in strategy execution

  • Responsible for enshrining a “service mindset” within employees

  • Responsible for upholding service standards across all locations

  • Ultimately responsible for managing customer experience across all touch points

  • Oversees inventory management and bookings across platforms

  • Develops and implements customer feedback mechanisms

  • Develops and oversees implementation of service delivery initiatives (mystery shopping, customer satisfaction surveys, net promoter score, etc.)

  • Develops customer experience reports

  • Oversees resolution of customer complaints

  • Vendor management (onboarding, evaluation, suspension, de-listing, etc.)

  • Oversees sales reporting.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years experience.
