Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager across Rivers, Cross Rivers & Akwa Ibom State.
The Branch Manager will supervise and manage all branch operations, develop business strategies to increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures, managing staff, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager in a commercial bank
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant professional certification (e.g. ACIB)
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus
