Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides a friendly, professional,and efficient first point of contact to all pupils, parents, staff, professionals, and visitors contacting or visiting the school.
- Obtain relevant information from prospective customers during in-person and online enquiries.
- Maintain good relationships with parents, guardians, associations, influencers, and others to promote the school's programs and services.
- Keep abreast of local business opportunities and industry trends by maintaining a profile in the business community through participation in educational events, local community groups, etc.
- Develop and implement referrals for other school services and products.
- Achieve enrolment targets as set by management annually.
- Tracks and follow up on school club, repair, and maintenance vendors.
- Provides administrative assistance to ensure a smooth day-day running of the school
Minimum Educational Qualification
- B.A / BSc from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years post NYSC experience working as an Administrative/Business Development Officer in a school.
Key Competencies:
- A confident individual with strong and good communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Good time management and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent business awareness and commercial acumen.
- Excellent knowledge of office management and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge and awareness of current customer service principles and practices.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
