Job Description

• Senior Engineer or Engineer Electrical Substations who shall be capable of Planning, Survey, Construction, Erection, Installation, EHS, Quality, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical and other Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and Review of Contour Survey


• Supervise and Review of Soil Investigation Report, ERT Report


• Preparation of L3 Schedule in XL sheet or MS Project


• Establishment of Site Office and other site mobilisation


• Coordination with Engineering Team for Timely delivery of Drawings at Site


• Subcontractor Finalisation


• Coordination with Logistics Teams and Warehouse Teams for Delivery and Storage of items


• Construction related to 330kV, 132kV GIS Substations, 132kV EHV Cabling, 330/132kV, 315 MVA Power


• Transformers, CRP & SAS etc.


• Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 330kV, 132kV GIS Substations, 132kV EHV Cabling,


• 330/132kV, 315 MVA Power Transformers, CRP & SAS etc.


• Prepare and Maintain the EHS standards at site


• Prepare and Implement Field Quality Plan (FQP) at site


• Getting hand corrected drawings at site for As Built Drawings Preparation


• Timely review of the drawings developed by the draftsman


• Ensure compliance to Specification Requirements


• Review of Vendor Offers and Documents


• Prepare and Review the Erection and Installation Procedures of Electrical Systems


• Prepare and Review the Testing and Commissioning Procedures of Electrical Systems.

Requirements

• Should have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering


• Should have 10-12 years of relevant experience for Degree Engineers


• Should have 12-15 years of relevant experience for Diploma Engineers


• Should be able to do Planning, Survey, Construction, Erection, Installation, EHS, Quality, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical and other Equipment related to 330kV and 132kV GIS Substations, 132kV EHV Cabling


• Should be an Excellent Team Player


• Should be able to lead people size of 2-3 engineers.


• Should have an excellent Communication Skills.
