Job Description




  • The Brand managers will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of marketing related to the company's brand.

  • Also  ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales.


Responsibility:



  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.

  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.

  • Have exposure in designing scheme (Trade & retailers) and trade marketing exposure in shop, POS design and other related elements.

  • Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.


Requirement:



  • Degree/MBA/PGDM in marketing or related field

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

  • FCMG experience required.
