Job Profile:



  • As the HR Officer at DreamWorks, you will be a strategic leader overseeing human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities:


Human Resources Management:



  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:



  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Utilize innovative approaches to enhance the recruitment process.


Employee Relations & Engagement:



  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and team cohesion.

  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.


Team Support & Guidance:



  • Provide support and guidance to regional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Facilitate professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

  • Act as a resource for conflict resolution and employee development.


Learning & Development:



  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

  • Implement strategies to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.

  • Collaborate with external partners and training providers to bring innovative learning solutions.


Innovative Strategies & Ideas:



  • Propose and implement innovative HR strategies to address business challenges.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure organizational competitiveness.

  • Introduce creative solutions for talent management, employee engagement, and business improvement.


Supervision & Administration:



  • Provide leadership and supervision to HR/Admin teams in various regional offices.

  • Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports for analysis and decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR professional or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using various software including ERP and MS Office.
