A Retail Store around Olivet Height in Oyo Town is looking to hire the services of a Shop Floor Manager. The job description is as listed below; candidate must be based in Oyo town or willing to relocate

• ensuring the stores serve customers on a friendliest way;


• aiming for sales maximization; ensuring an efficient goods flow, an accurate cash management and an accurate store administration;


• taking care of the inventory and minimalizing good losses;


• creating an environment for efficient store operations and cost optimization; training and developing store employees and coaching them for efficient store performances;


• ensuring all business processes (Operations manual) are conducted accordingly.


• working according to  Brand Book.


• This all should lead to the highest possible customer flow and turnover, and at the end to store profitability.
