Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Customer Service Rep

  • Must be conversant with a Customer Service Software

  • Strong communication skills


Skills/Responsibilities:



  • Act as a liaison between the company and Customers

  • Provide product/services information

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.

  • Effectively communicate information, instructions, or solutions to customers.

  • Schedule appointments or reservations as needed.

  • Gather feedback from customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Must be able to pay attention to details.
