Description 

• We are looking for a good Production to regularly manufacture Hair Care Cosmetic Products in African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products.

The Job Descriptions are

• Overseeing the entire production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.


• Ensuring that all production targets are met on time and within budget.


• Maintaining high quality standards for all products.


• Maintaining waste level not exceeding 0.2%.


• Driving strict compliance to GMP, and Safety in the production lines.


• Effective utilization and management of the production team and workforce.


• Identifying and implementing production improvements.


• Troubleshooting and resolving production problems.


• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.


• Collaborating with Quality Control Officers to establish and execute quality control processes.


• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.


• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.


• Preparing production reports


• Weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging.


• Completion of all associated production records in accordance with good documentation practices.


• Transfer of raw and packaging materials as well as finished products.


• Perform house-keeping and first-level trouble-shooting of equipment as needed.


• Equipment and area cleaning on regular intervals.


• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.


• Work on continuous improvement initiatives within Production.


• Operating manufacturing equipment, including daily maintenance

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related field


• Must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State


• Computer literate


• Excellent communication skills


• Minimum of two years experience as a Production Staff / Officer in a Cosmetic Manufacturing company


• Good reading and writing skills
