The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
The Real Estate Sales Executive will also need to have a strong working knowledge of the local real estate market, and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1 - 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to close sales and sell homes is a must.
Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is a MUST.
