  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

  • The Real Estate Sales Executive will also need to have a strong working knowledge of the local real estate market, and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals

  • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented

  • Ability to close sales and sell homes is a must.

  • Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is a MUST.
