  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client’s customer base through strategic business development initiatives.

  • This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the hotel.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and long-term stay partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns and packages to attract new customers.

  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and promote brand awareness.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

  • Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required.

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing within the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills, able to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
