Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated Field Onboarding Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in the field.


• This includes conducting orientation sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for clients.


• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients in the field.


• Provide support to ensure clients understand our products/services.


• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.


• Track and report on client progress and feedback.
