The position holder will be responsible for identifying and engaging strategies and techniques that will help to promote the brand services as well as increase the active client base of the orgainsation.
Responsibilities
Lead integrated marketing communication and creative/campaign planning, development and execution for all products, including messaging, communications, advertising, direct marketing, events, video production, web programs, and content plans and management.
Create and manage the annual marketing plan.
Conduct market research to increase the understanding of the market
Track lead generation and ROI for designated marketing campaigns
Maintain CRM as it pertains to marketing activities.
Produce a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission.
Review the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
Meet with clients to discuss brand services, guidelines, and goals in order to increase client base
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field. MBA is an added advantage
Five (5) to seven (7)years experience in Corporate Marketing in the banking industry, the logistics industry or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of marketing dynamics with verifiable results.
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Apt understanding of various marketing tools, and rightful deployment of tools where necessary.
