Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, purpose-driven and personable Talent Acquisition Associate. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in supporting the company's talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Support with onboarding of new hires for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that enhance the workplace culture.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity, including candidate pipeline, sourcing channels, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media platforms, networking, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Assist with the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance Shuttlers' reputation as an employer of choice.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates and build a network of talent within the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
