Job Description

• Our client urgently needs the services of Marketing Officers whose responsibilities will be to establish contacts and drive sales and customer services.


• The ideal person must have worked or still working with a Microfinance Bank for a period not less than 2 years.


• Due to the increase in the cost of transport, candidates who live in areas that are within Ipaja in Lagos State will be most preferred. Conditions of service are very attractive including HMO and Pension..

Job Overview

• The Marketing Officer oversees the MFB’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the Bank’s marketing message.

Duties include:

• Creating marketing campaigns programs for the Bank


• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the Bank’s message to their existing customers.


• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.


• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.


• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.


• Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.


• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.


• Grow the Banks client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers


• Develop new business opportunities by generating Deposit Liabilities and Fund Mobilization within the MSME and retail market.


• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base


• Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with customers within the retail and MSME segment who need loans and advances to support their business.


• Initiate the development, launching, and sales of new product offerings.
