Requirements:



  • Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or other related fields.

  • Minimum of (3) years’ experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing in the oil & gas industry

  • An MBA in Business, Marketing or any Business-related field is an added advantage.

  • Aggressive B2B corporate sales environment experience required. Upstream, Midstream or Downstream oilfield sales experience an asset

  • Will need to have a strong drive to find new business; willing to take 10  ‘No’s’  till the candidate receives that yes and constantly engage in money generating prospecting activities.

  • Ability to sustain forward momentum for extremely long sales cycles.  Sometimes greater than 1 year while continuing to achieve monthly purchase order targets.

  • Strong communication and IT skills.

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

  • Keen attention to details.
