Reception:



  • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.


Customer Service:



  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the company's services.

  • Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues as needed.


Administrative Support:



  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the company.


Office Maintenance:



  • Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable.

  • Monitor and order office supplies/consumables as needed.


Mail and Deliveries:



  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate personnel.

  • Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.


Communication:



  • Relay messages and provide information to staff as required.

  • Communicate with other departments to coordinate office activities.


Meeting Coordination:



  • Assist in organizing meetings, including room setup, catering, and logistical support.

  • Prepare meeting materials and take minutes if required.


Visitor Management:



  • Register and issue visitor badges.

  • Coordinate with security for visitor access as needed.
