Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or any related field.


• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, or similar role


• Understanding of the retail sales process


• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.


• A commitment to excellent customer service.


• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.


• Track record of achieving sales quota.


• Basic Numeric skills.


• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.


• Competency in microsoft office applications,


• Competence in softwares like Quickbooks etc .


• Able to work comfortably and perform excellently in a fast paced environment.
