Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support our executive team in their day-to-day operations and provide comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our fast-paced fintech company, enabling our executives to focus on driving innovation and achieving our strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains a proactive relationship with the Client and understands their business requirements
- Develops detailed cost estimates for routine and non-routine work
- Supervises, directs, monitors and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for generator technicians under their supervision
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to the employees under their supervision and manages resolution of complex problems
- Ensures employees under their supervision are properly following processes and procedures
- Develops process performance metrics, tracking, analyzing and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, and cost and customer satisfaction.
- Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards
- Resolves problems and/or conflicts and maintains open communication with the client including providing regular written and oral reports to ensure satisfaction
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards
Qualification
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
- Industry certification or degree in engineering
- Minimum of 6 - 10 years’ experience as a generator technician
- Must have experience with diesel generator operations and maintenance
- Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Superior communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment is critical to this role
