Job Summary



  • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and objectives, and providing tailored investment solutions to meet their needs.

  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Provide personalized investment advice to clients based on their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

  • Actively manage client investment portfolios, making recommendations and adjustments as needed to optimize performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.

  • Present our asset management services to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition.

  • Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and industry regulations to provide clients with accurate and timely investment advice.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients and achieve business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and portfolio performance using CRM software or other relevant systems.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 - 10 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role within the asset management industry.

  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.

  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CRM will be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Valid certification from relevant regulatory bodies (SEC) is required.
