  • We are currently recruiting for the Position of a Holiday Consultant for our client. The position holder will be the ultimate travel resource for our clients, crafting personalized dream vacations and ensuring a seamless travel experience.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client preferences, budget, and travel style.

  • Leverage your expertise in visa-free and easy-visa destinations to recommend ideal vacation spots for Nigerians.

  • Utilize your basic visa knowledge to assist clients navigating simpler visa processes.

  • Research and curate exciting itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and local experiences.

  • Provide clear and concise information on travel options, visa requirements, and local customs.

  • Manage bookings, handle travel logistics, and ensure all documentation is in order.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations with exceptional service.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Travel and Tourism.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of visa-free and easy-visa destinations popular with Nigerian travelers.

  • Basic understanding of visa requirements is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building rapport.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking systems (a plus).

  • Existing customer network in the travel space is highly regarded.


Bonus Points:



  • Experience with social media marketing for travel brands.

  • Fluency in a second language (especially French).

  • A genuine love for travel and a desire to share your passion with others.
