Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all structural elements and finishing details.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to interpret design plans and execute structural requirements.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines.


• Address and resolve structural challenges and finishing issues promptly to prevent delays and maintain project efficiency.


• Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve optimal performance and quality workmanship in all phases of the project.


• Communicate project requirements, expectations, and updates effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.


• Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance structural integrity, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal in construction projects.

• Experience in managing diverse construction teams and subcontractors.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of projects with high-quality finishing.
