Job Purpose



  • Assist in market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Support in seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels

  • Participate in meetings with potential clients and assist in addressing their wishes and concerns

  • Collaborate with the team in preparing and delivering presentations on products and services

  • Provide assistance in creating reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  • Ensure availability to support sales and property tour.

  • Support in participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

  • Assist in negotiating/dealing with clients and addressing complaints or objections

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


Requirements



  • Proven experience of 1 - 3 years in a Sales role or relevant position

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Google tools

  • Eagerness to understand marketing and negotiating techniques

  • Enthusiastic learner with a passion for sales

  • Team player with a collaborative approach

  • Willingness to develop presentation skills

  • Interest in the real estate industry.
