Role Description

• For this full-time remote role, a senior product designer with at least five years of verified experience is required.


• As a senior product designer, your daily tasks will primarily involve developing and improving our software products.


• This includes visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research.


• In order to improve the user experience, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered designs, prototypes, and user testing.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Visual Design, Product Design, and Design Thinking


• Experience and proficiency in User Research and UX Research


• Ability to create user-centered designs and prototypes


• Experience conducting user testing and iterating based on feedback


• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and remotely


• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.


• A portfolio demonstrating a good understanding of UI patterns and UX practices.


• Experience in taking projects from concept to customer, with a focus on user feedback.


• Ability to work creatively and think outside the box, adding unique elements to designs.


• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch, with a growing understanding of design systems and scalability.
