JOB SUMMARY
- Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company seeking a qualified Content Writer at Data2Bots is responsible for creating high-quality content and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- This role involves creating engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, optimizing content for search engines, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance.
- The Content Writer Specialist should have a strong understanding of content creation, SEO best practices, and the ability to analyze and optimize content for maximum visibility in search engines.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in content creation and SEO, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create high-quality content that is engaging, informative, and optimised for search engines
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO keyword research tools
- Understanding of website analytics and ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with IT consulting industry and related technologies is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various digital platforms, including blogs, website pages, video creation on social media, and other marketing materials
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and topics for content creation
- Optimize content for search engines, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, industry trends, and search engine algorithm changes
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including subject-matter experts and the marketing team, to gather input and insights for content creation
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance and content metrics to the marketing team and senior management
- Ability to write engaging and valuable content with little or no supervision.
