QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

  • Proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field

  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent Organisational Skills 

  • Time management and planning skills

  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

  • Must be residing in Abuja, Nigeria


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on value creation and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

  • Promote D2B Value Streams by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met

  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
