Job Description

• Our client is seeking to hire a highly competent and organized Production Manager to join its dynamic team and contribute to its commitment to excellence.


• The ideal role holder will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of fashion collections, maintaining quality standards, and seamless operations to drive efficiency within our production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and executing production plans to meet design specifications and deadlines while optimizing resources.


• Managing the team and providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a motivated workforce.


• Overseeing production budgets, tracking expenses, and finding cost-effective solutions.


• Collaborating closely with designers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to ensure material availability and quality.


• Implementing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.


• Maintaining quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.


• Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainable practices to implement relevant improvements.


• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, tracking raw materials, and finished goods to prevent overstock or shortages.

Person Specification

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Production Manager in the fashion Industry or similar role.


• Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Strong industry experience in fashion design.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Organizational and time management skills.
