About the role:

The Learning & Development Analyst role is responsible for the Instructional Design, Evaluation & Assessment Analysis. They will develop training materials, assess training effectiveness, and measure learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials aligned with instructional design principles.


• Utilize multimedia and eLearning development tools.


• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.


• Develop and conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes.


• Analyze training data and evaluate program effectiveness.


• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings.


• Stay updated on emerging trends in learning and development.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.


• Proficiency in multimedia and eLearning development tools.


• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.


• Working knowledge of survey tools and assessment instruments.


• Skill in report writing and presentation software.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
